I ordered a rod and reel combo and only the rod showed up while the reel was lost during shipping. I contacted customer support and they were quick to respond! I told them about the problem I had with my older and it was quickly escalated and shipped me another reel the very next day. Haven’t had a chance to use it yet but it’s seems to be good quality. I cannot wait to use it!!
Missing reel
I ordered the combo and when I just opened up the tube only the rod was sent there was no reel but customer service made everything right and sent me out a new reel. And followed up to make sure I received it and to see if there was nothing else I needed. A+ customer service
