Common Inquiries

Orders & Shipping

For order status, tracking, or a delivery that hasn't arrived, email us with your order number and we'll chase it down. Long rods ship separately in protective tubes and sometimes travel on their own tracking number — see our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Refunds

Please review our Refund Policy for eligibility, then email info@bentrod.us with your order number and the reason for the return. Note that fishing line already spooled onto a reel and used terminal tackle cannot be returned.

Warranty & Breakage Claims

Rods and reels are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. To start a claim, email us with:

  • Your order number
  • The model and, for reels, the serial number if present
  • A description of what failed and how it happened
  • Clear photos of the damage — for a broken rod, photograph the full rod laid out plus a close-up of the break

Breakage caused by high-sticking, slamming a car door, or exceeding the rod's stated line and lure rating is not a manufacturing defect and is generally not covered.

Gear Advice

Not sure which rod power, reel size, or line class suits your target species and water? Tell us what you're fishing for and where, and we'll point you at the right setup. There's no obligation to buy.
