This is the reel master chief would keep in the wart hog if he were a fisherman. Love the all around feel and this reel is a real workhorse. I have several in my line up. So versatile for braid mono or fluoro. Price point is on point as well. Truly affordable innovation whether you are new to baitcasters or well seasoned like myself.
Amazing reel for the money
Decided to get this reel on a whim and boy am I glad I did. For the money you cannot beat it, hands down. It’s super smooth, has a quick retrieve, and casts a country mile without much effort. I’m still a beginner in the baitcasting world and this reel is very beginner friendly. I did have a couple backlashes at first but they were user error. Well worth the money and I have become a fan of Kast King

I have use lots of high dollar reels for many years I was shown one of your reels at the Texas bass nation state championship and decided what the heck try one so I got three Spartacus 2 and they blew me away, I was flipping all day in a tournament with high winds and not one time did I get a backlash , I will be buying more
Great reel for the price . Infact I now have several reels from kaskking smooth casting used it Tuesday fishing. I would like to see some more sharky 3 baitcasters again I have two sharky 3's two Spartacus, and one verus I think. I thank you for the quality you put in your reels.even the lower priced ones because everyone needs a decent reel to go fishing with.And not everyone can afford the higher priced ones.I Will be back for more

I purchased 4 reels three work fantastic they are smooth and they cast a long ways. I am a tournament angler i fish curuits and pro events. Out of the 4 I purchased one of them sounds like it has a bad gear in it when I cast. If that was a good reel I would have posted a 5 star rating. I have been a life long lew's reel guy. But the spartus ll reel is as good for a fantastic price. I am thinking about changing out all my reels for them. All 40 of them. Thanks. Update: Winnie, from KastKing contacted me she is super sweet lady and made sure my reel was replaced. I have been running those reels and I am loving them. I will be purchasing more..thanks for putting out a super nice reel at a price that is unbelievable.

First new bait cast in like 15 years. This is very nice and smooth. Let’s see it it last as long as the diawa the is still going strong
The right handed reel works flawlessly. I fished it in sustained 12 mph wind and threw a 3/8 spinner bit with trailer and a Z Man chatter bait and the reel performed beyond my expectations. Smooth cast with ZERO backlash. Great hookset and ability to land my bass in heavy hydrila (not sure of spelling) grass. Now the left handed had to be returned as it would not load correctly. Your tech support was awesome. I received a call from a local rep and smooth return so far. Still waiting for my new one to be sent. Id buy this reel anytime. Looking to buy a 10:1 reel next..Update: new left had arrived about 10 days later and loaded as it should. Fished a BFL Gator division tournament. I did not catch a fish on this reel but it was a pleasure to use it. Smooth casting and even in 20 mph sustained winds. Not sure how I drew a windy tag but both reels worked very well.

Great Buy!
One of the best low cost reels I have owned. Cast smooth with virtually no issues when it’s dialed in properly. Not even my 12 year old grandson could backlash this one. Now that’s performance there!

1st Baitcaster
This rod is beautiful. It's my first baitcaster and I'm glad! Practiced for two weeks in the yard with not much bird nesting. I got it dialed in to my liking. I'm looking to get another one soon.

Wasn't sure about the reel at 1st because of the price. It being a light saltwater baitcaster I had to try. And for under $50 I'd put it up against some of my $200 reels. Very light weight, small and smooth . Worth it !!

Yep, definitely works. Easy to adjust, reels in smooth, and fast! Did notice my pointer finger has to sit a little higher but that's okay. Appreciate how almost everything clicks, easy to adjust line tension with the clicks. Quality seems great and feels good in the hand.I have a Spartacus rod arriving tomorrow so we will see them how the combo does.
It catches fish
It catches fish its my favorite reel, the price is crazy I can cast this reel further than any other! Ive had no problems with this reel. Ive had it a year and its still a daily driver
This reel gives my shimano SLX a run for its money.
This reel took about 1 day to "break-in" but after that it has been nothing but smooth operation and long casts. I put 10lb braid on this and smoked a 5lb bass at poway and a 3.8lb bass at lake morena this morning... GET THIS REEL, ITS A SMOKING DEAL.

Awesome reel for the price.
The drag system is smooth and adjusted right can cast as far as you'll need from shore or in a boat can handle small ned rig set-ups to larger swim bait lures just fine.
Pretty good reel
Was my first Baitcaster. I learned on it no problem. Got some pretty bad backlashes but it was user error. Caught all kinds of fish with it, big and small. Recommended for beginners and even advanced users. This one im giving to a good friend because I bought a better one but otherwise Im pretty happy with it.

Was concerned about the size of the reel but after spooling it up and casting it around the farm pond a few time I actually like the reel alot had one small back lash but with a slight adjustment that didn't happen anymore....

Love the real Fitzell spilled it with 10 pound beyond braid cast smooth doesnt backlash if you have it set, right

Got this reel for Christmas. Today went to local pond. This thing cast smooth and long accurately. Caught a 2 pound bass it was a pleasure to use
Just recieved this reel today and with the quality I have had from pre ious reels I know it will be great. Spooled it with 12lb test and did a few casts in the back yard and it is smooth as butter. I could not have found a better company to buy equipment from and to me they are the best by far. Have not had any issues at all with any thing and now I just have to put it to work next weekend and I can't wait. It is smaller than the previous Kastking reels I own but it is very comfortable and fits my hand perfect.
This reel has been great. The color was a nice option as it added to my daughters likeness of it as her favorite color is blue. We have primarily used this for walleye fishing and some trolling and it has done a fine job. This is my third KastKing reel and I plan to buy them again for the value and options you can select from.
