Great customer service
I caught one fish and the rod tip broke. I reached out, and they sent me a new rod with a replacement tip for free and did it pretty quickly. The replacement is working great. They have a lifetime customer purely off the customer service being so easy to deal with.

bentrod Centron Spinning Fishing Rod and Reel Combo
Beast I'm not sure how people managed to break off the tip of the pole before ever even using this rod and reel. I pulled it out of the box, gave it a nice bend by hand to test the action, easily spooled 70lb braid on the reel after backing with mono, threw a catfish rig with 4oz of weight and a huge bluegill. Been casting into extremely turbulent and fast moving water below a dam for the past week. Bombing casts further than any of my cousins. Pole constantly under pressure and bending from the current. No issues, buying another one of these combos when I get paid.
